This spell generates a sheet of clear, pure ice. Enough ice is generated to cover one 5-foot square to a depth of one inch, which is treated as difficult terrain. This ice melts after 1 hour. The ice melts into roughly 16 gallons of water (2 cubic feet), weighing 120 pounds. Alternatively, a caster can use this spell to freeze an existing amount of water.
