Dilation I

This spell allows the caster to increase the area of effect of any one 1st, 2nd or 3rd level spell by 25%. Fractional measurements are rounded down to the nearest 5’ increment. The spell to be affected must be cast before the end of the round immediately following the round in which the Dilation I spell was cast, or the Dilation I spell is wasted.

A caster can only use this spell to affect his own spells. It only effects spells that have areas of effect defined in linear measurements (numbers of creatures affected cannot be increased).
