Alehna’s Range

By the use of Alehna’s Range, the caster is able to extend the range of her spells. The spell may be used in either of two ways, decided at the time of casting. It may be cast as a swift action prior to casting another spell in the same round, doubling the range of that one spell, or it may be cast as a standard action, increasing the range of subsequently cast spells by 50%.

The duration of the swift version of the spell is just the one round during which Alehna’s Range is cast. Only the next spell cast can benefit from this spell, and if no other spells are cast during that round, Alehna’s Range expires and is wasted.

The duration of the version cast as a standard action lasts for a number of rounds equal to 1 round for every three levels of the caster.
