Casting Filth completely dirties the body of one creature of up to large size, clothing and any equipment held. The target creature smells foul and dirty afterward - as does its breath. Its clothing, if any, becomes rank, dank and wrinkled. However, the spell does not create old, ground-in stains, nor does it create rips and holes. Unwilling targets may attempt a Will saving throw to negate the spell.
