Description

Either a small raincloud or a squirt of water projects from your pointing finger (caster’s choice), completely soaking a creature or object of large or smaller size (extinguishing it if on fire), or, if the subject of the spell is of the fire subtype, and the caster has succeeded on a ranged touch attack, the ray deals 1d6 points of water (cold) damage. The spell can also be used to put out torches or small campfires. The amount of the water is about one gallon.
