You are surrounded by a field of energy that negates incorporeality. The radius of the field is 5 feet per caster level. All incorporeal creatures in this field become corporeal. Creatures cannot turn ethereal while in this area, or affect the plane this spell was cast on while in this field.
Ethereal creatures outside of the field cannot enter the field once it is cast.
This spell can be made permanent with a permanency spell for 17,500 gp.
